Representative Ryan and many others have been fighting against this proposed warehouse prison in Chester NY. Please join the fight whenever you can.
Please share your support with him and others - resistance matters!

ICE Out of the Hudson Valley!
They’re not just thugs; they’re incompetent lying thugs.

Even more evidence this plan is half-baked, dangerous, and unconstitutional.

We’re not giving up this fight — now is the time to get even louder and get ICE out of Chester for good.

It's almost impossible to overstate the impact of Reverend Jesse Jackson's leadership, vision, and tireless organizing in shaping American politics, our movements, and the fight for racial and economic justice and a real democracy. We've lost a giant. Rest in power.
Today, we mourn a giant in the civil rights movement who left an indelible mark on our politics and our world. All of us in the fight to build a democracy that works for everyone stand on the shoulders of Reverend Jesse Jackson.

More of this please!
Reach out to your members of Congress and tell them to hold the line for decency, humanity, the rule of law and democracy.
Thank you, Senator Murphy , and all who stand strong with him in this crucial time.
DHS is shutting down. Why? Because Democrats took an oath of office to uphold the Constitution and ICE is lawless and out of control. We cannot fund an agency that is murdering our citizens, tear gassing school zones, and disappearing legal immigrants.
February 14, 2026 at 1:52 PM
Please keep the pressure on Senators to stand firm: NO $$$ for DHS without restraint of ICE/CBP etc.
AND
Demand that our members of Congress exercise their oversight responsibilities especially over break on existing detention prisons
AND
Stop new detention warehouses!
February 13, 2026 at 11:46 PM
Thank you MN for showing how to courageously fight back while helping each other even at great cost.

Keep pressuring Senators:
No more DHS $$$
Judicial warrants only
No raids on schools, hospitals, polls, courts, churches…
Prosecute criminal agents/agencies
Release all nonviolent “prisoners” now!
This victory belongs to the people of Minnesota who have inspired all of us by transforming crisis into action and tragedy into solidarity. People power works.

The timing of this announcement — shortly before Congress votes on a DHS funding bill — is no accident.

A win for the Constitution and the rule of law!!
These 6 brave Democratic lawmakers who, as veterans, spoke to our military members reminding them of their legal and moral obligation NOT to obey illegal orders.
Thank you for speaking out and standing up for all of us.
Courage is contagious.

Many recent headlines are meant to distract from the dismantling of valuable protections such as this bill H.J. Res.140 - look up the details as it’s bad for MN and for other protected lands. It has already passed the House and needs only a simple majority in the Senate. Contact your Senator!
