Ongoing cbt therapy? Behavioral assessment and gradually habit modification? Combined with anti-depressants or the like? I know you've probably tried a bunch of things, but I refuse to believe that absolit3ly nothing can at least mitigate or slightly improve your situation and circumstances.

I mean that therapy isn't a one and done solution. It's an ongoing treatment, or repeated practice as a direct counter to unhealthy and unhelpful mental spirals like the one you seem to be in.

I say this because I've been there, or somewhere similar. Therapy can help, but it isn't a magic pill.

Don't get sucked into the doom and gloom spiral man. The terminally-online would LOVE for us to get stuck in a rut of pessemism, but I have pretty solid hopes.

Carney isn't perfect at all, he's more of a centrist than I like. But PP and the Cons showed they have no plan, just complaints.

True, but as long as PP and the modern, US-style Conservatives are in control of that party, we should be okay. Anti-US sentiment is at al all-time high everwhere (except maybe parts of Alberta and Saskatchewan), And as long as the Cons keep up with US-style politics and rhetoric, they're fucked.

They can push this all they want. Unless the Canadian legislature and government agrees to it, it won't matter. And I can't see Canada EVER agreeing to allow the US to operate on Canadian soil, especially in the grotesque capacity they are in their own country right now.

I don't believe that for a second. I'm not saying that some people aren't assholes, or that the system isn't horribly broken and/or inefficient, because it is. But I cant believe that people are deliberately trying to sabotage you. That implies directed malice.

Your art style, to me at least, is like a warm mug of hot chocolate. Ot maybe tea if you prefer, but it inspires nothing but cozy vibes, and I love it for that.

But, as the creator, if you want to branch out and learn to male spicy drinks, cold ones, etc, while still keeping the tea? Power to you.

I didn't think copper armor and tools from the #copperage update for #minecraft would be that useful, just skipped over like wood and leather, but they actually fill a really nice gap in early game. The early iron pinch isn't nearly so harsh, and you can start building way sooner!

Fair. I know as of the latest rulebook that the MoC is starting to become very prominent in the lore, and as my favorite faction by a country mile, I'm just happy for them to get some attention.

I'm also a little terrified by that, because this is Battletech, and getting the spotlight is dangerous.

Malignant narcissism plays a role as well. Better to come up with an outlandish theory about how everything is everyone else fault, than admit you might be wrong about 1 thing, or that anything is the consequences of your own choices.
