The game’s use of the source books is limited to fragments because we believe they are safer, but this is an untested theory
A few people played the TR-49 demo at #AdventureX.

If anyone suffers any ill-effects, please let us know.
We don't know. What we do know is the wiring diagram works. We built it, virtually, in @godotengine.org. We fed it scans of the books we found.

And the books are very, very strange. The "game" that resulted is also strange.

We're hoping people can make sense of it for us.

Dorothea Pemberton... She has been an inspiration to me, publishing her first work at such a young age that immediately showcased her brilliance. She was taken from the world too soon.
Her influence, at least, is clearly felt well after her death, so she does live on, in a sense.
In his house when he died there was an elevator that he'd built himself for his wife, who was wheelchair bound. He cut the hole in the floorboard himself.

But he wasn't a writer, or a publisher. So where did the books come from? Who is Dorothea Pemberton?

I’ve been sooo happy with how things have been going for our first game in @godotengine.org!

I’ve been wondering about sharing my thoughts on my top 5-10 Godot features. Does that sound of interest to anyone?

You might remember @paulwarren.bsky.social from A Highland Song, where he played the instantly trustworthy Uncle H. We've had the joy here of playing him -- somewhat against type?

Libros de autores inexistentes en un ático y los papeles de un antiguo descifrador de códigos de la 2ª Guerra Mundial forman el núcleo de TR-49.

Today is the day to tell a strange story.

The long version we'll tell later, but the short version is this. In an attic, in his late great-uncle's house, @jon.inkle.co found a locked trunk. It took twenty years to open. Last summer he did.

Inside was a wiring diagram, and a stack of books.

I find the Hammerstone imprint’s authors to be among the most inspiring voices in modern literary work, if lacking wider recognition. Rebels without applause, as it were.
