Don't be so hard on yourself. "Overtime rinse cycle" might be more apt than 'brain farts'! Be kind. Feed your brain better food than social media. Food like the real blue sky above, the sound of wind and children playing, the feel of dance, savouring the voices of your beloveds and a good sleep.
