Last week @lucytaylor12.bsky.social spoke at a mini symposium on minority languages, held at @aberuni.bsky.social. The event discussed minority languages & AI, the Kabyle language spoken in Algeria and 2 minority languages spoken in Patagonia: Welsh and Mapuzungun, the Indigenous Mapuche language.

On Saturday @aberuni.bsky.social held an open day for prospective students and their families and friends. It was a busy day in the department. Our wonderful student ambassadors did their usual great job of making the visitors feel welcome and answering their questions.
