David Ford, tonight at Union Chapel. I believe my 9th time seeing him live, either solo, with Easyworld or @anniedressner.bsky.social. This was hus best yet, playing his debut in full with a band and the definitive versions of Pour a Little Poison and Song For the Road. @davidfordisdead.bsky.social

Just watched a video on TikTok about how dentists do fillings. Looks a piece of piss. I also watched a video on shoeing horses which looked slightly harder. Anyway, I’ll shoe your teeth £40 each x

The show is also being streamed so you can watch it wherever you are. It’s my first Italian headline tour so I’m playing what I consider the greatest hits.

Notable in today's YouGov that the centre/left bloc - Lab/Green/LD/SNP are on 54%. With Reform/Tories on 43%. That's the biggest differential in a long time.

I think useful to track blocs given instability between parties at the moment.

@resident-music.com This price isn't a typo, is it? Absolutely scandalous fellows
Cat Power, you are excellent but £32 for a 3-track 10" record is an absolute insult.

His companies boasted of their commitments to saving energy, cutting CO2 emissions & environmental responsibility

In this article you can read all about Richard 'Stupid' Tice and his interests in CO2-reducing green energy. Yes in his business dealings he is an active supporter of net-zero policies, because he knows that it reduces energy bills, and is a good investment.

Can sadly report, having heard Richard Tice interviewed on LBC earlier, that he used the phrases "Net Stupid Zero" and "Alarm Clock Britain" at least twice each

He also said it was right to consider reinstating child benefit for 3+ children only to married couples, because it encouraged working.
