While I’m not yet sure if I’d rank it above seasons 1 and 2, #PrehistoricPlanetIceAge is still fantastic.
Certain aspects- mostly the weird aversion to identifying certain species- was a bit distracting. But otherwise, the storytelling and presentation were top-tier. (1/6)

While I’m not yet sure if I’d rank it above seasons 1 and 2, #PrehistoricPlanetIceAge is still fantastic.

Japan's fascination for plesiosaurs most probably originates with the retrieval by a fishing boat of a carcass vaguely resembling the long extinct reptile (it's even referenced in Coo). Of course, it was quickly revealed to be the remains of a basking shark. Didn't stop people from dreaming though.
