The first stop after the traffic jam the dude next to Gabby Gabby practically dove over people to the first empty seat and I understand why. If you offered her $10 million dollars to shut up for five minutes, she would walk away with a good story to tell of how she almost became a multimillionaire.

I've worked for companies that DEMAND top-shelf customer service, and I deliver & exceed every time. Not bragging but it's one of my professional strengths.

But there's a special level of hell for people who stroll into a business 1 or 2 minutes before close then take their sweet azz time.
