Found this on the AO3 subreddit, and I'm about to let it change my whole life (or at least work really hard to internalize it wrt my writing).
Someone's screenshot of a two-post twitter thread, from user blue (@bluewmist): the fastest way to kill motivation is to make your identity depend on the outcome. it's called ego involvement. when failing becomes failing as a person, your brain starts avoiding the whole thing. not because you don't care, but because you care too much. you don't need lower standards. you need less self-worth tangled up in your goals. the work gets easier when it's not about proving who you are.

Reminder I will not tolerate any inappropriate content involving Flicker because he's literally a kid.
Flicker, a baby antrho clouded leopard. He's based off of the Worlds album cover by Porter Robinson. Flicker is a light lavender blue colour with a white chest and lower half of his face. his arms, legs, ears and the end of his tail are a light pinkish plum purple that end in a darker redish purple. He is covered in pinkish lavender splotches, some of which have a darker lavender purple splotches on the inside of them. The splotches loosly resemble clouds. He has the 'Worlds cube' and light streak on his back and parts of the 'Worlds kaomoji' on his face. The reference features a front and back angle, colour palette, the Worlds album cover for reference and some written information inclusing his name, species, birthday (july 28th, hes 2 years old), his gender (male) and pronouns (he/him). It also includes notes that say "MINOR, no inappropriate content!" and "Must be drawn woth clothes"
