You can see changes in behavior if you bother to look. You can see when they are nervous if you know how to look.

Yup. Protect communities. Carry airhorns. Make noise when needed to get attention. Call 911 if needed. If call 911, give a few minutes for them to start coming before blasting the airhorns so they get to enjoy the attention from multiple groups at once.
