Climate(.)gov wasn't built in a day. It wasn't even built in a year. It is a big, complicated site that we don't just want to rebuild but also improve with Climate.us.

Realistically, this is going to take some time. However, we want to take a moment to remind people what it is that we...

The second, truer, answer: people who currently own very expensive homes.

The evidence is that stamp duty is economically paid by sellers - it reduces property prices.

(I went through the evidence for that here taxpolicy.org.uk/2024/06/09/s... )

Who benefits from the abolition of stamp duty land tax?

The first answer: people buying very expensive homes. Average saving for someone buying a £10m+ home is £1.7m. Average saving for someone buying a £250k-£500k home is £5k.

RFK JR: There are many other confirmations -- there are two studies that show children who are circumcised early have double the rate of autism. It’s highly likely because they are given Tylenol

Seemingly the #r4today and #bbclaurak crews are pretty close with the spectator people, given the pics we saw of the Speccy Summer party…maybe they could get the lowdown on this …

The Brexit-supporting Spectator owned by Brexit-supporting Paul Marshall publishes an article on why EU tariffs (possible now because of Brexit), mean we should let the British steel industry die....without a single mention of the word "Brexit"

Britain's steel industry must die
It already faced tariffs in the United States, and it has been struggling to cope with some of the highest industrial energy prices in the world. Now what remains of the British steel industry faces w...

Rooney is of the opinion that Bryan and Ben played as a 2 up front

Rooney is insistent that Ruben changed the formation v Sunderland. Aid so on motd, and just seen him interviewed on SSN. He didn’t. There was no change in formation. Not sure Rooney the pundit should really be a thing

Reform lied to get elected to Kent County Council.

They promised tax cuts in their election material.

The only tax councils have any real say over is council tax.

Refore are now saying they will increase council tax in Kent.

Failure to deliver on what they promised after just 5 months.

Every local authority has been cut to the bone for years – this is common knowledge - but Grimey and his Reform chums swore blind that £millions were being wasted through incompetence and laziness. DOGE found fuck all - welcome to reality, dickhead.

Big big part of the problem this imo. The likes of Neville, Keane, etc play down any shit decisions for united. Alright having a no blame culture, but they needed the odd pen or free kick to go their way back in the day and they seem to forget that
Tweet from @unitedstandmufc : Neville on criticism: "I played in a dressing room that when you lost there was accountability. Why would you blame other people when you’re losing matches? That’s a pretty big problem itself. I’ve not got any time for it, excuse mentality, short cuts, blaming other people, it’s the worst thing you can do in life." [Sky] #mufc

Can’t turn back time now though. Ruben needs to start calling out this shit from now on. Maybe even get a ban to make the point. But I agree, United managers post Fergie have not been on the front foot with it, and we’ve suffered as a result, and they’ve lost their jobs
