My mom is a priest who’s been showing up at the courthouse in her city every week for months in a clerical collar to help immigrants and confront ICE. I’m not religious, but I find the moral leadership she and other faith leaders are showing exceptionally moving.

I know that a lot of these legislators are busy & perhaps aren't seeing the extent of this tyranny, but if they're willing to give more money to ICE, they're nuts.

DISGUSTING
As the bill moves to the Senate, Democrats have a responsibility to draw a line. Putting actual guardrails on ICE is the bare minimum here. Allowing Trump’s brutal secret police force to operate with essentially a blank check is unacceptable.
