A man suffering of dementia was shopping at Walmart with his wife. He lost track of her and they got separated. He was confused and walked behind a counter to pick up some beer & put it in his kart so Walmart employees called the cop on him.The cops arrested him for shoplifting & beat him.

When a politician says: we’ll deregulate health insurance and send you a “freedom account” check, ask: freedom to buy what? If insurers don’t offer real policies or can cherry-pick only healthy people, that money is a coupon for a store that’s not open.

Do younger people know about the Bush shoe incident?

It's a disgrace to American journalism that no American reporter has tried to bean one of our presidents with a shoe.

So... the people who make condescending posts ripping on folks who put stuffing in their leftover turkey sandwiches...
"You guys are so dumb! Don't you know stuffing is just bread?"
Do they really think we don't know this? We love that shit. Let me eat my turkey-bread sandwich in peace.

I struggle with all of the “Happy Thanksgiving” posts. I was taught lies in school. I grew up to learn the barbarism of the truth. That we continue to celebrate it as such feels like a betrayal - bc it is. We spend the day together making no mention of the lie.

Remember - if you're financially in a position to do so, skip the #BlackFriday deals online from big companies and shop instead from small and local businesses.
The big guns don't need your money, but for small traders it can be what keeps them going into 2026, so support your community instead.
