We’re going to try something called a Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injection next. Most of the pain is in a different area now and probably tendinopathy I’ve had for a while. Can’t inject steroids there. Insurance doesn’t cover PRP treatment though so that sucks.
Back to the doctor tomorrow about my hip because the injection before Thanksgiving didn’t really work after all.

Still crazy that all our lives in KC we never had any tornadoes touch down near us, but in the almost 7 years since moving here it’s happened multiple times (plus a hurricane!).
