A federal judge rejected Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth's attempt to demote Sen. Mark Kelly over a video reminding the military of unlawful orders.

The judge's fiery decision against Hegseth included 15 exclamation points (!) and a quote from Bob Dylan's "Subterranean Homesick Blues."

CNN confirms what MSNBC reported live a few hours ago: DOJ is surveilling Dem lawmakers when they go to the DOJ to search unredacted Epstein files.
CNN: "Another photograph - these are notes AG Bondi brought to the hearing today. This shows a list of Rep. Jayapal's search history. Lawmakers are allowed to go to a DOJ facility to search unredacted files. We learned from this photo that the searches are apparently being tracked & read by the DOJ"

• Require documentary proof of U.S. citizenship to register
• Impose strict photo ID requirements for in-person and absentee voting
• Mandate ongoing voter roll checks using DHS databases

You can joke about Pam Bondi’s ridiculous unprofessionalism all you want, but I’m deeply shocked by it: She acts as if she fears absolutely no consequences, convinced that there will be no more political power transfers. — This should shake everyone to their core.

In response to a question about the Justice Department's mishandling of the Epstein files' release, Attorney General Pam Bondi said people should instead focus on the stock market.

"Americans’ 401k and retirement savings are booming right now,” Bondi said. “That's what we should be talking about."

Please note that she's READING this. She PREPARED this as a rebuttal for questions about Epstein. She planned this, had someone write it down, and read it.
Bondi crashes out over Epstein: "The Dow is over 50,000 dollars! I don't know why you're laughing. You're a great stock trader as I hear, Raskin. The Dow is over 50,000 right now. The S&P at almost 7,000, and the Nasdaq smashing records. That's what we should be talking about."
