BREAKING: new emails CONFIRM my reporting that there are TRAINING VIDEOS instructing FBI personnel on how to review the Epstein Files. Plus, a lot more…
The emails reveal the special training given to FBI personnel working on what it called the “Epstein Transparency Project.” In some instances they referred to it as the “Special Redaction Project.” The training entailed PowerPoint slide presentations and video instruction on how to review the files.

Look, he's like a rookie that hasn't yet laced up his sneakers, still yet to get on the court and take that first shot. But dude is one of the best communicators we've ever seen. Will be interesting to see what he does.
Welker: Do you think that Trump is a fascist?

Mamdani: That’s something that I’ve said in the past. I say it today.

Welker: You’ve called him a despot. Do you still believe Trump is a threat to the democracy?

Mamdani: Everything that I’ve said in the past, I continue to believe.

Let's not forget that Youngkin and Co sold out our great universities for Fox News time, and many of them were acting without properly constituted boards.
First of all, what's wrong (let alone "corrupt" or "outrageous political abuse") about a governor appointing people and wanting to see them confirmed? Second, what's a "crass northern state" and what does that have to do with anything? bluevirginia.us/2025/11/sund...

School meal debt shouldn’t exist — and help is on the way for Virginia students!

This week, I filed SB 4 for Virginia to offer universal free school breakfast. It feeds kids, saves families money and alleviates an administrative & financial burden on schools. #valeg

No one wants or expects the AG to release child porn. But I gotta say, wtf is in these files that that’s a concern? If folks were found in possession of CP, they should have been charged. If adults were depicted w children which would have constituted child porn, they should have been charged.
I think Johnson has created a non-existent “issue” with the bill. He claims it fails to define Child Sexual Assault Material properly, which would require the AG to release child porn. It doesn’t, and she wouldn’t have to, but may be a way out? 1/

Medicare for All would save $450B a year.

Every dollar spent on food stamps generates $1.50-$1.80 in economic activity.

Each dollar going to low-wage workers adds $1.20 to the economy overall.

It’s not about what this country can or can’t afford.

It’s about priorities.

Nah, they usually poke their heads out when they see a rich and powerful dude.
weird when Republicans suddenly start caring about criminal defendants' rights
Rep. Greg Murphy: "I do have some concerns because these files are voluminous and just being named does not make you guilty. If Epstein gave you a tip or something if you worked at a door or something, it doesn't make you guilty of a crime."

While I, of course, am not holding my breath, I hope SCOTUS does the right thing. Of course, Trump is banking on them voting for him when it comes to red states, and blocking blue state responses. Unfortunately, my faith in this Court is small.
Any appeal would go directly to SCOTUS for case like this

Shadow docket may be only hope for Texas Republicans ahead of midterms
Whoa: A federal court just barred Texas from using its new congressional map, drawn by the GOP to target Dems.

"Substantial evidence shows that Texas racially gerrymandered the 2025 Map."

Court says the old map must be used in 2026. Appeals are certain. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

I think the bigger issue is that Youngkin, following the Heritage Foudation playbood, tried to harm our great unversities for pure politics. And despite trying to work with Dems, after his appointments were rejected, he just tried an end run around the Virginia Constitution.
Fmr. VA LG Bolling (R) argues a "single Gen. Assembly Committee" shouldn't have this power. But the thing is, the Senate P&E Committee IS powerful; if it rejects the nominations, they're dead for all intents and purposes. So this is just splitting hairs? bluevirginia.us/2025/11/va-s...
