These days, I think, too many football coaches get in the way of players rather than improve them. They seem to want to micromanage every detail, like they’re playing chess. Yes you need a structure off the ball, but in possession let them play. Arteta far from the only guilty manger, in my opinion.

Test cricket isn’t complicated. Easiest way to win is big 1st innings runs. Doesn’t matter if they’re slow or quick runs.The 2 series wins we’ve had in Australia I’ve seen have been built on that. Apply that pressure and everything else falls into place. Easier said than done, but not complicated.
