Not 100% sure but I think Paolo Zampolli accompanied Noem & Lewandowski on their trip to Panama. Zampolli is the Where's Waldo of Trump World & no one but me & a handful of others seems to find this at all odd. (Zampolli is also on the Kennedy Center board)

I asked my mailman about the delay & he told me Louis DeJoy shut down the USPS air fleet so everything was now being shipped by truck. To thank him, I printed out a copy of a WP article about DeJoy's other plans. All good now since DeJoy resigned in March.
