Powerful words from Gov. Walz today: “Sitting behind a keyboard at 2am and besmirching a VA nurse and a son and a co-worker and a friend is despicable beyond all description. This is not ‘we need to see both sides’. This is not ‘we need to wait for this’. This is basic human decency.”

You've probably seen clips but here's the entire interview of Greg Bovino from this morning. You'll see that Dana Bash actually does a pretty good job of hitting Bovino with critical questions and questioning his inconsistencies.

Bovino comes off spectacularly erratic & deceptive in his responses.

When federal agents execute a disarmed man who is on his knees, the victims are the guys pulling the trigger and pumping lead into the "suspect's" body.

This is psychopath talk.
BASH: It feels as though you're blaming the victim here

BOVINO: The victims are the Border Patrol agents. I'm not blaming the Border Patrol agents. The victims are the Border Patrol agents.

I mean, I've never seen Republicans so angry about Americans exercising their 2A.
KARL: He was an ICU use who worked for the VA and there's no evidence he brandished the gun whatsoever

BESSENT: But he brought a gun

KARL: I mean, we do have a Second Amendment

BESSENT: I've been to a protest -- guess what? I didn't bring a gun. I brought a billboard

Legally carrying a firearm to a protest and having no ID on your person are now being used to justify the execution of American citizens by federal agents.

It only took a year, folks.
FOX: "What is the line? Where does it go from peaceful protest, I have a First Amendment right to do that, to I'm going to get arrested protesting, to I'm going to get shot to death?"

Noem: "You should comply. And you shouldn't show up with weapons…"

Kash Patel creating gun-free zones out of thin air.

The 2A guys have to be breaking out in cold sweats, right?
Kash Patel: "You cannot bring a firearm, loaded, with multiple magazines to any sort of protest that you want. It's that simple. You don't have a right to break the law." (Pretti was carrying a gun legally.)

So execution then.

"Americans who support liberal democracy need to recognize what we’re dealing with in order to cope with it; and to recognize something, one must name it. Trump has revealed himself, and we must name what we see."

"Let's not freeze frame adjudicate this now" is a stunning thing for this guy to say as he meticulously articulates why Alex Pretti deserved to die.
BOVINO: He was in the scene actively impeding and assaulting law enforceme--

BASH: But he wasn't impeding. He was filming, which is a legal thing to do in the United States

BOVINO: Dana, let's not free frame adjudicate this now

There really are no questions as to what Alex Pretti had in his hands. If Bovino can't tell the difference between a phone & a gun, that's an issue.

Bovino also frames Pretti carrying a "a loaded 9mm high capacity handgun" as something nefarious and improper.

Kyle Rittenhouse would disagree.
