Now that we've got a ruling that says conversations with LLMs are neither confidential nor privilege, I remind folks that the opinion could have literally said "duh" and granted the discovery.

Opposing counsel wanted the judge to set a two week deadline for me to review some docs, judge gave me 30 days. that was two weeks ago and I still don't have the documents that WERE SO IMPORTANT TO BE REVIEWED SO FAST.

Changing banks and my old bank had a DISMAL rate (0.1%) on IOLTA, which goes to fund volunteer lawyers. New bank offers 2.6%. IOLTA accounts go to fund Access to Justice programs. pay attention to what your money does.
