Uh, creative, I guess, but not exactly how trademark law works.

Layup for the next president to promise investigations and prosecutions for everybody who facilitated political motivated prosecutions at the DoJ.

One of the first steps needs to be that the decision to bring frivolous cases and abuse their power was a life ruining one.

Honestly, I'm going to start to block people who take a lawyers legal explanation as an automatic endorsement.

If a person cant think critically or hear something they don't want to hear, the odds of an interaction containing value seem pretty minimal.

Plenty has been said about the content, but a separate criticism:

I don't know if I've ever seen a less articulate or skillful anchor. Dude is a mushmouth. I see clips of him sometimes, even just little 30 second riffs, and wince multiple times.
New CBS News anchor Tony Dokoupil closing the broadcast from MN last night.

One of my hotter takes is that being aggressively shitty to people over inconsequential shit is a pretty significant character flaw and is, in fact, contemptible. Yes, even if you're having a bad day. Yes, even if you don't like their politics.
I think there's two basic dynamics underpinning shitty mob behavior online, and the Sky Marchini/Will Stancil stuff is an unfortunate example of each. The first is a feeding frenzy - when a post is over-interpreted or just straightforwardly misinterpreted, and especially when it escapes context.

Nobody is going to do this to us.

Cite playground law all you, but Goose v. Gander only holds if the gander is weak.

The world's response to Trump will make more sense when you realize this.

We'll fix this domestically in some way or it won't be fixed.

*God* he sucks.

You know, the best thing sports taught me is how to see and appreciate my impact and my contribution even when it's not central and pre-eminent.

I wish that for a lot of you. I see about twenty people a day on here who could use it.

I never really had time for Stranger Things. It always hit when work was nuts.

But it's popular and ending so I'm starting.

Very interesting watching a cultural touchstone this way.

It's good! Incredibly overrated but good!

Ty Pennington asked us to love a bus once.

The bus was successfully moved. Several times.
Right folks. Feeling rather down at the moment so bringing back an oldie

Well she hit me like a missile at like 6:30 am so now we're fighting.

I'm having a cigar in summer clothes in late December, so, this is both enjoyable and existential disquieting.

Just cut myself shaving for the first time in my actual life and she's a gusher.

I feel like this is some kind of odd milestone.
December 23, 2025 at 5:56 PM
This is, like, the classic summer associate error.

Its the stepping on a rake of law.

You can't script this shit.
So apparently there are many Epstein files on the DOJ website where you can highlight the redacted text, copy it, and paste it onto another document to read the redactions

His whole thread is good advice but this is sort of important.

Something isnt fair use just because you want it to be. Be careful.
you're not going to have a fair use defense to speak of. Talking about people like MuellerSheWrote; if we didn't have mutual blocks (from when she elevated Seth Abramson's nonsense) I'd warn her directly. Protect yourselves as best you can.

The worst part of being tired is being grumpy.

You just become hyper aware of bullshit. Ignorance is bliss.

To revisit the shit talk I got on Twitter ages ago when I called this trafficking asshole a piece of shit:

I would piece this mfer up.

Easy work.

I've been in both positions.

The one thing you can't fake, tough your way through, or be brave about?

Being so tired you think you might die, zero hyberbole.
When these vanity fights happen (Mayweather-McGregor being the classic example these days), I always tell people that the pro won't end it early. It's easier to take a punch than people think, and harder to land one.

Way easier and funnier to let the amateur wear himself out. Always happens.

Watch Joshua's left foot.

If the toe is down, he's looking to plant. That'll tell yoi if he's carrying him.

This was honestly my assumption, and it's how it reads to me- a subject playing ball with who they think is an ally.

The smart man is scarier than the scary man to other smart men.
“There are three things all wise men fear: the sea in storm, a night with no moon, and the anger of a gentle man.”

Patrick Rothfuss, The Wise Man's Fear
