Nature lover, avid reader, love my husband, dogs and horses. Politically, I'm left of center: a former Republican who wised up in 2016 when Trump was elected. I live in a red county in Colorado.

Earlier today I warned Democracy Docket members not to confuse Trump’s tactical pause as a change of heart. Here is just some of what I wrote.

We should have all known that the moment progressives pulled out their own guns and the black panthers were back in the news defending their communities, that would be the time for common sense gun control. Not 20 some school shootings back, don't be silly.

First moments after the Russian drone strike on a Ukrainian passenger train.

Russia deliberately terrorizes Ukrainian civilians.

Babies, small kids, elderly people were on that train. Russia spares no one.

People had to hide in the forest in the cold to save their lives.

I don’t want to fucking see outraged videos from politicians.

I want to see people calling emergency meetings at Congress.

I want to see members of Congress arriving at Congress in their Sunday casuals actually doing something.

The only reason to separate a young child from their parent rather than waiting until another trusted adult is available is if that parent poses an *immediate* risk to the health and safety of others or if they are having a medical emergency. Period.

Dhillon and DOJ are 0-2.

Elias Law Group is 2-0.
