I’ve started using the @seeedstudio.com reTerminal E1002 color e-ink display as a digital art frame! Runs on ESPHome and pulls images from my @home-assistant.io server 🥳

I managed one shot of the cotton candy cumulonimbus before darker, low-level clouds slid into the top of the frame. It was a gorgeous, surreal moment to see rain still falling over the east side of downtown, while fluffy pink clouds and blue sky belied the strength of the storm still in progress

I love paying TurboTax a few hundred bucks every year to figure out how much money I owe the government, which the government already knows, but won't tell me because TurboTax pays legislators to keep the government from telling me. 😻
