A crime was committed in Minneapolis & it is very much the jurisdiction of the Minneapolis Police Department and the Minnesota Department of Public Safety to investigate it, up to and including demanding DHS turn over the shooter and holding anybody working for DHS in the state for aiding & abetting

Trump is the best thing that ever happened to drug 'King Pins.' Yet another pardon for a murderous drug dealer with the blood of thousands on his hands.
![Larry Hoover, the founder and chief of the Gangster Disciples, the largest and most violent drug gang in Chicago history that grew to dominate drug trade in 35 states. Hoover himself was implicated in multiple murders and had the reputation of personally 'punishing' anyone who failed to play by his rules. As the US attorney in Chicago at the time of his arrest stated, "Larry Hoover was the head of perhaps the most pernicious, efficient drug operation in the United States. They sold over $100 million of drugs a year in the city of Chicago alone. They were responsible for countless murders. They supported their drug territories with ruthless violence." Trump granted Hoover clemency not just for drug dealing but for murder. Trump then pushed Illinois state officials to drop multiple murder, racketeering, corruption, and drug charges against him.
After Trump issued a full pardon, DOJ dropped all investigations against notoriously corrupt General Salvador Cienfuegos Zepeda, the head of Mexico's anti-drug police who was actually working with an supporting drug cartels, according to US DOJ and DEA officials.
And, of course, let's not forget Ross Ulbricht, who created the "Silk Road" dark web site to facilitate drug deals via Bitcoin. Ulbricht was not just some tech nerd who facilitated crime; he was deeply and personally involved. According to federal prosecutors at his trial, "Ulbricht also demonstrated a willingness to use violence to protect his criminal enterprise and the anonymity of its users, soliciting six murders-for-hire in connection while operating the [Silk Road] site."
Those are just a few examples.
