A Black Family is asking for help with a few bills. After the loss of the mother’s brother they’ve been grieving, with funeral & burial costs they’ve fallen behind on mainly the electric bill & a few others. If we each give $1 theyll reach their goal. A Black Family, a mother, two daughters and a son

I don't usually open up like this, but right now my heart is heavy and my spirit is tired. My family and I have been going through some really hard times financially for the past few months, barely keeping things together.
Lately I've been struggling to pay bills especially the electric to the point I'm only able to put money towards after weeks at a time. On top of that, we're dealing with a pain no one should ever have to carry—my brother was tragically taken from us... murdered. The family spent a lot of our savings on funeral and burial costs.
The grief is overwhelming, and while we are doing our best to stay strong, we are also praying for justice. My brother didn't deserve this. No one does. His life mattered, and we won't stop fighting for the truth to come out and for those responsible to be held accountable.
