Great article and good starting point for those interested in ambient 'soundwalks'. Loads of interesting links to experimental works at the end of the words. Looking forward to a dive and listen soon.
A soundwalk is a chance to take our eyes off our screens and our headphones off our ears—a tantalizing opportunity in an increasingly distracted world.

but i keep putting off selling my collection, even though the 1210s are in flight cases in the shed ... (i probably should sell those as well)
i stopped buying vinyl about 8 years ago - financial situation was dire - went into Rough Trade in town the other day - 28 quid for a single album - geez
if you fancy music AND visuals, check the many DJs that stream on Twitch - lots of genres covered, always new stuff to discover
changed back in to a bar / club called The Quarry a few weeks back - i used to love The Magnet !
had a top evening at The White Hotel in Manchester for Barker live - recommended - i think he has a show in London soon - top electronic sounds #barker #manchester #thewhitehotel
some boss tunes on this - great to hear the retro dubstep sounds of Coki again - transporting me back to south London in the early naughties - and dub selections from Blue&Red (aka Rob Smith) and finally love the abstract tracks on the Mirror Zone label outa Holland with the excellent EP cycle0.4
Slap on the wrist from Twitch for playing a bit of Prince last night lol

interesting one in the doctors surgery this morning .... of course from the marvellous www.instagram.com/spellingmist...
Top presenter, top show
A great legacy in my view. Public service broadcasting, bringing ideas and knowledge to millions, free to hear and universally available. Year in, year out. Only the BBC would enable this.

Great show but right time to step down. I briefly worked with last year and he was very frail in voice and physically. Top tier presenter over the years for sure.
