The Vancuver spaceship floats in space, and see images of life here, an alien buying dumplings, Science World against the void of space, the UBC clock tower touching the sky. 'Would the suns set because we rocket past them? Would we preserve the tastes of Chinatown for our alien neighbours? Would Science World look like just another planet? Would the UBC Clock Tower finally touch the stars?'

Dear #NewWest. Daniel Fontaine and Paul Minhas are the whiniest, most dishonest councillors. They don't care about the city or its inhabitants, weaponize their rhetoric against the unhoused and other at-risk populations and block progress for petty reasons.
They suck.
Just thought you should know.

Drives me nuts that things like bike lanes get painted as luxury goods or harbingers of gentrification when making it easy and convenient to get around your city by bike could save low-income households thousands of dollars a year.
