My sweet girl got to go trick-or-treating at her play place! She was great at learning not to be scared of the decorations.

Look. I have written a book about how Nazis took over and guess what—this is how they take over: Claim there is an invasion of immigrants. Use it to create an authoritarian state. Shut down any objection or protest with excessive force. I have receipts. I will talk to press. It’s right here, now.

Many products sold in the U.S. are made in El Salvador. In response to the El Salvador president’s statements today, we’re calling for an immediate boycott of all Salvadoran-made goods. Please help by listing any products or brands made in El Salvador in the comments below.
This quote is ringing in my head today from Voltaire and it is more timely than ever: “Truly, whoever can make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities.”
I love audio description! It enhances watching for me by sometimes highlighting little details I miss, plus I can look at whatever craft I’m working on and not miss anything! Nice for me, essential for others.
Audio descriptions are necessary for making videos accessible. They narrate crucial visual elements that would be necessary for understanding the plot without the ability to see the screen. They describe non-verbal cues like gestures, facial expressions, or eye contact.

@meidastouch.com - an event in a Seattle Suburb today!
Another perfect day for a protest! This time at the #HandsOff event in Bothell! So many lovely, supportive, kind people coming together who share more commonalities than differences! An eagle swooped overhead as people lined both sides of the road for blocks
