I've changed my heart rate zones on my #Visible app so I dont have an alarm on my smart watch every time my bpm hits 85 which is just about every time I stand or move, and miraculously I feel so much better!
Sadly it's not all in the mind but being free from the doom of #longcovid #ME/CFS is great

A man told me yesterday that it was important to "take emotion out of the equation“ when analysing the situation in the US, at which point I told him very calmly that "a woman who disagrees with you is not necessarily emotional".
