eddie goes commando sometimes when he's short on clean laundry and it's not like anyone is gonna notice anyway. he already sits out of gym and he hasn't even had his first kiss yet in this bumfuck town, much less anything else. it just makes sense to skip the underwear, let himself breathe.

Eddie sleeps too hard, so content with Steve tucked against him that he wakes up later than he planned. Steve’s face is pressed to his chest, and Eddie mumbles an apology as he extracts himself from the nest, soothing Steve back to sleep as best he can.
