My son is home for the Thanksgiving break.
They really don’t explain the feeling of having your kids back under the same roof when one doesn’t live home. I didn’t realize how much i missed him and his terrorizing ways.
I now know how my parents feel now when all my siblings are home.

I would also suggest getting in a little movement on Friday and Saturday as well.
It’s very easy to skip the whole weekend and start over Monday. Move your body.

Thanksgiving week is such an easy time to skip Monday/Tuesday workouts but don’t do it! Get a good sweat in today/tomorrow and you’ll thank your past self on Friday.

My mom won’t go to to the stores with me around thanksgiving because a few years ago…i smacked a girl in the canned goods aisle. So now she says “all yuh bullish” and Thanksgiving brings out the worst of ppl.
Mind you the girl was being rude to my her.
God forbid i protect my mom. 🙄
