Saugeen First Nation in Ontario joined together for some sun and sand to celebrate getting their beach back.

The fight to be recognized as the rightful owners of a popular beach ended a month ago after the Supreme Court refused to hear a case against them.

Ada Blackjack (née Delutuk; 1898–1983) was an Iñupiat woman who was convinced/misled to join Allan Crawford's small crew expedition North Siberia that went SOUTH. (Scurvy)
Only she and Victoria, the expedition's cat, survived.
Some newspapers hailed her as the real "female Robinson Crusoe".
