So anyway, I finally got my SSI and SSDI backpay. Which meant I could go buy a vehicle.
I haven't had a car to drive since 2022 and have been relying on other people to get me around. It feels good to finally be independent again.

Finally got part of my social security backpay yesterday. Feels good to be able to buy new socks and underwear, istg.
Also bought my son a mellophone for Christmas. He's been playing Trumpet in band for three years now and wants to switch next year. Happy to be able to do that for him.
