Does it always have to be a subscription? And does democracy really fail at the paywall? My belief: no. Democracy doesn’t collapse because of paywalls as such. But it can be harmed by unfair, opaque, and misleading ones.

Does it always have to be a subscription? And does democracy really fail at the paywall? My belief: no. Democracy doesn’t collapse because of paywalls as such. But it can be harmed by unfair, opaque, and misleading ones.

In meinem Heimatort wurde 2014 eine Bürgermeisterwahl durch eine Mehrheit von 49 Stimmen entschieden (bei 40.000 EW). Kommunalpolitik wirkt! Macht Euch stark. Und wenn Ihr zufällig in Langen/Hessen wohnt oder dort Leute kennt: WÄHLEN GEHEN und WEITERSAGEN! Am Sonntag ist wieder Bürgermeisterwahl.
