Wales cannot help having less talent or size than your opposition, but they can help being voluntarily brain-dead in what you're doing.

Stinking discipline. Woeful set-piece.

Clumsy errors.

It’s just self-sabotage from Wales at this point. Pathetic.

This’ll go one or two ways. It’ll either be closer than people think or we’ll just get completely blown away.

Looking at that team, I’m leaning towards the latter!

If I was Lance Bradley I wouldn’t be showing my face at an Ospreys game anytime soon. Probably would extend the holiday by a few more weeks as well.

This would be a very successful tournament for Wales if this was the final #SixNations table but it does involve them winning games which could be tricky.

In their "contract to the people" Reform UK said that St George's day and St David's day should be a bank holiday.

They then added that: "English national identity should be officially promoted and celebrated, no ignored and banned".

No mention of Wales at all.

Just when you think Welsh Rugby can’t find any more ways to shit the bed and embarrass itself, it somehow continues to find new ways of doing so. A never-ending psychodrama. It’s quite impressive really.

“It was hugely disappointing to hear what the WRU had to say. There was a clear indication that they saw no viable future for the Ospreys within their new arrangements.”

Under World Rugby Regulation 14.1, Y11 owning both the Ospreys and Cardiff, and both of them playing in the URC, will require sign off from World Rugby, and Ireland, Scotland, Italy and South Africa …
Not convinced the WRU has taken that into account.
January 22, 2026 at 3:42 PM
Struggling to understand this.

Y11 to continue Ospreys until the end of the agreement and then move on and concentrate on Cardiff?

A way of the WRU not having to field a SRC team?
January 22, 2026 at 3:54 PM
This stinks to high heaven but it’s been rumoured for a while that RCK has been hell bent on getting a deal done with Y11.

Richard Collier-Keywood threatened to quit as Welsh Rugby Union chair if the board rejected the plan to make Ospreys owners Y11 the preferred bidder for Cardiff.

Collier-Keywood says they (WRU) are trying with Y11 and Ospreys to create a different model.

The model being Cardiff.
January 21, 2026 at 4:57 PM
Really feel for the players and staff at the Ospreys. The way Y11 have kept them in the dark like this is disgraceful.

Good luck Cardiff fans if these guys are your new owners. Cowboys.
