Great title in the NYTimes this morning "Millions of Gallons of Raw Sewage Spill Into the Potomac River." From my vantage pt, I'd say millions of gallons of raw sewage is spewing FROM the Potomac River (area) onto the rest of the country and world every day. And no cleanup crew has shown up.

I can’t stop thinking about what an incredible transition El Cerrito has made in my lifetime. It was very conservative during my childhood, refusing to acknowledge MLK Day.
Now it’s governed by a majority POC and super majority LGBT Council. We’re a sanctuary city AND pro-housing.
Amazing to see.
