I'm sitting upstairs, and it's a bit chilly. Bertie was on the top of the cat's bunkbed, which was apparently where myrtle wanted to sit but bertie wouldn't let her

Onto S4.E15: ER of ER, and I absolutely fucking love how this is Carter doing his opthamology rotation and how you see him fucking like. Basically coming alive here in the moment and realising that disaster coordination is maybe his calling, more than ER medicine not straight surgical

Not a single one of my narrators can be trusted and that is a promise. Their perspectives are always flawed and warped by their own biases and experiences, not to mention carefully pruned and clipped by ME for the sake of narrative tension

i love the deal with the devil that is periods of successful activity through a foggy brain. i just replied to a bunch of emails, paid some invoices, put grippy tape on stuff around the house, took out the recycling...
ordered the wrong thing for our lunch, then just. dropped a dish.

our washing machine is like, the same age as we are so it has dials that work on tickers instead of a digitial button system, which is fine, but the dial is very smooth so i bought some grippy tape to make it easier
and good god. i am gonna be putting this shit all over the fucking house
