Well, there's two main ones. The Reaper, which is the goddess of death for 70% or so of the characters in this story.
And then there's Marzanna, the heathen goddess of death and winter before the pantheon containing the Reaper came along. Wanda's dragon is named after her!
Are there any mythological, religious, or supernatural figures associated with the afterlife or judgement?

Meadowsweet is the story of a freighter captain with a literal sex addiction, the woman he buys to help manage it, and her absolute commitment to doing things her way no matter what the rules say.

I don't know that there's a religion in reality that doesn't touch on death.
Technically all gods in and out of the Omeran pantheon are associated with the afterlife. In many ways, spirits are ascended ghosts.
Without going through each god, let's talk about the big 2.

There's a brief afterlife, but its really more of a waiting area for reincarnation. There’s a place like an underworld, but its not an afterlife, more of just where most of the universe's black energy has formed
Is there an underworld or aftetrlife in your story's world? Do your characters believe in one, even if it's not real?

Hi! I’m K.B. and my favorite mythological “character” might actually be Fenrir from Norse mythology because who doesn’t love a giant wolf

A2. The Undead Gods will judge you in life, but not so much in death

I've always been fascinated by afterlives that involve reincarnation. Hinduism and Buddhism are the best known of these, of course, but it pops up in many other traditions as well. It used to be very popular in Judaism, not so much anymore, but still hanging on a bit.
What fictional or mythological afterlives from the real world do you find the most interesting? Or, which ones appeal most (in whatever way you'd like to interpret "appeal")?

I became an atheist because i found the concept of an afterlife to be hell on earth. Who wants to be alive after they died? You'd be forced to deal with yourself forever.

Thanks for hosting, Steve
Was a bit all over the place just busy nights Thursdays, so sorry for short answers and all that
I’d like to share a bust i painted recently since the character is one of the speakers in the snip i shared

My grumpy, older brother coded character.
I’ve been told he looks like he’s been woken from a nap which i find charming.
- Enjoy -

At last, they reach a cluster of buildings that could, conceivably, be called a town. However, it’s not clear what any of the buildings are for. They are dark, jagged structures that look as much like rock formations as they do like intentional creations. #SFFChat
Share a line (or 3-4 lines!) from your work that involves the afterlife, underworld, judgement, or a related theme/motif/figure!

From Iron Spirit.

The thing is, I consider myself a new-agey epicurean philosophically and, frankly, I find the idea that this is all we are and that when we die, sensation ceases to be rather comforting.

Yeah, it's in the name of the first core book of the series (The Hades Calculus, by Maria Ying). Hades plays a pretty non-existent part in the events of my Isadora stories, but her priests and other denizens of the Underworld *do* play a bit of a role.

This one's a bit different. It describes a burial place outside the temple of the god of the underworld, as well as his statue
