A development room inside SIMS Co., Ltd. circa late 1991. SIMS was established in June 1991 as a joint venture between Sega and former former Representative Director and President of Sanritsu Electric, Mamoru Shigeta. Sega held a 67% interest, and Shigeta had the rest. Image: MD Fan.
