When using AI coding agents, for effective results, I'm finding there is always going to be a decison to be made:

"when do I change gears from "black box prompting" (nontechnical, directional, outcome-based) to "white box prompting" (technical, tactical, focused)".

In my experience, human effectiveness is dependent on accumulation of knowledge from direct experience. Even if AI becomes as good as humans I think we still need to train our brains with direct, diverse & empowering experiences to maximise its potential. Otherwise our brains will atrophy.
