What kind of people arrest a man because of his color on Christmas Eve while he shops for his family?AND then confiscate his groceries? Gestapo-like evil is being carried out in our names.

Next year's artists signed contracts to perform at "The Kennedy Center for Performing Arts." Since a venue with that name no longer exists, and one with a very division name many artists would not wish to be associated with does, they should be able to get out of their contracts.

This has been the autocrat’s playbook for a decade or two: have friendly oligarchs buy up independent media and then they impose government-friendly editorial policies so the autocrat doesn’t have to get their hand directly dirty killing the free press.

No surprise that the Trump regime defends Germany's far-right political party, the AfD. Both prefer to operate as mouthpieces for Vladimir Putin rather than condemn the rampant antisemitism in their ranks.

This Christmas, I have just one wish for you:
Take a moment to really see the older people in your life.
Let them know they’re loved, valued, and never invisible.
Share a smile with an elder you don’t know.
Offer a warm holiday greeting.
Small gestures carry enormous power.

Heavy on my mind & of others this holiday is our national threat, a mixture of race discrimination & Nazi movements as in the 1930s. And the sacrifices we made in WW2. Yet in 2024 people voted for a regime that ignores our ideals, Constitution, & disregards the purpose of this holiday.
