giving myself approval on a daily basis WILL increase my self esteem. i’ve been struggling with pushing through and doing it because lately it’s been hard to BELIEVE the positive affirmations i normally say!!! but that’s the whole point in doing them!!! with enough time i WILL believe in them!!!
