Some folks I know ask rhetorically “How does he get away with this?” The main culprits: 1) Voters that put him in power again, 2) an absentee Congress who refuse to oversee and legislate and 3) a SCOTUS that endorses previously illegal activity just enough to keep institutionalists at bay.
