Mehdi Hasan, "Is rejoining the EU a Green Party aim"

Zack Polanski, "Yes it is"

And just like that, the Green Party have leapfrogged the LibDems

Mark my words, the past year and the next 3 will focus entirely on making it impossible for Democrats to be effectively elected.

Fascists do not leave willingly. Never.

They know the East Wing demolition is bad optics for them that’s why so many have suddenly “come to life” on this platform today armed w/inaccurate talking points about earlier renovations at the WH.

Islamophobia in the US is a bigotry that is fully normalized and mostly unchallenged.
Cuomo has went all in on the anti Arab and anti Muslim rhetoric and decided to laugh along to a "Mamdani would support 9/11" joke.

"You can't do that, it's illegal!" - they insisted, as they watched him repeatedly do that

Today's quote from @mattsheridan.bsky.social I'll be stealing for later use:

"They've been being fed this shit for so long that now their only two options are either admitting they've been eating shit this entire time, or spending the rest of their lives pretending they love the taste of shit."

Why is Apple, Microsoft, Lockheed Martin, Blackstone, Google, OpenAI, Amazon and others financing the destruction of the WH and desecration of the grounds, something that is infuriating to huge chunk of the American population? Do you hate your customers that much?

It flies under the radar because it is overwhelmed by the sheer repulsiveness of the physical destruction of the east wing, but there is no way that a president should be allowed to use private money to change public property. It circumvents the power of the purse.

The average age of U.S. homebuyers is now 56, up from 49 last year.

In 1981, the year trickledown economics began, it was 31.

I for one think the Epstein Ballroom will be magnificent. I love the decor theme of “what if Uday Hussein ran a Ramada Inn.” And giving it a theme song everyone will associate with it is a stroke of brilliance! “Thank Heaven for Little Girls” is very catchy.
Congress has ceased to exist

The president has a secret police force that is occupying Democratic strongholds

A Republican just bought a major voting machine company

Can you see it yet?

I'll cautiously say I've noticed more skepticism about AI in the corporate world and it's mostly because people's coworkers are creating extra work for them. They don't have the vocabulary to describe it yet but it's basically the "Why should I read what you couldn't be bothered to write" thing

The White House Demolition sponsorship list (see below).

Comparing names. Is support for this madness shrinking or growing since the inauguration?

The question to ask all young men is 'how many people have you helped this week? how many have you cared for?"
If it fails, it's just a tax writeoff

It’s crazy that we invented the internet and then it completely tore us apart. Like imagine if we invented the mass produced assembly line automobile and then it caused 40,000 deaths per wait
