Just saw My Neighbour Totoro stage show in London, and it’s absolutely astonishing — magical, spectacular, funny, devastatingly emotional, and wonderfully innovative. If you love the film, or just love live theatre, it’s a must watch

Have we switched to holidays with the family mode?

Just throwing out there that if you're in Minneapolis, my adaptation of Agatha Christie's The Murder on the Links is playing at Theatre in the Round.

Nothing says family like some feel good murder!

Today at the @acttheatreseattle.bsky.social, we set up a Little Free Script Library in the lobby filled with plays by local playwrights, plays UAC has produced, and classic works.

Audiences and artists are free to take copies and leave copies! This is just the start!

My Brain:
"Psst, here's a great idea for your book."

Me:
"I'm busy. I'll write it down later. I'll remember it."

Morgan Freeman:
"But he did not remember it, for his brain soon moved on to wonder how cottage cheese gets made."

I’ve just rewatched Spaced for the first time in over a decade and it’s flooded back into my head what an utterly foundational show it was for me. It shaped my sense of humour and palette of references but also showed me the importance of packing every second you’ve got full of stuff.
