Kathryn Parsons, Jane Scobie and Sophie Marritt at Gibraltar Point, The Wash, Lincolnshire. The landscape behind the three women is sand dunes, with the sea in the far distance. Absolutely delighted - these super-fragile porcelain sculptures survived the heat of the kiln!! 😃

Made for "Sounding The Wash" at #GibraltarPoint, UK 13th 19th Sept 2025, with the wonderful @lincswildlife.bsky.social, #SophieMarritt & #JaneScobie
on the bottom left there's a female hand, the thumb and first finger are touching the edge of a tiny white porcelain flower that's part of a larger sculpture. The flower is about 5mm across. It's joined to a cluster of other porcelain flowers, leaves, lichens and shells by long entwined strands of porcelain that create a swirling shape. In the top right there's a glimpse of another part of the sculpture with tiny porcelain shells and leaves on three strands of porcelain making a swirling circle.
