I don't know who needs to know this, but Pro Publica has an online thing that will format a letter to your US health insurance company to demand the records behind a claim denial. (which the insurance is then legally required to provide in most cases)

Makes me sad re-reading this amazing letter from ex-Watergate Special Prosecutor Archibald Cox sent to high school seniors in 1994 after they asked him “What should Americans learn from Watergate?” 20 years later in ‘94.
His answer is remarkable—unfortunately things didn’t work out so well in 2024.

To be fair it’s the same in this country, and if you don’t believe it then start talking about Land Back in front of white leftists in the US and watch them turn completely bloodthirsty. Colonialism is usually defended by the people who benefit from it.
It’s worth noting that Israelis who were going to refuse to show up to their training as reservists to protest the judicial overhaul have reversed course now. The Israeli far-right and the Israeli “left” all agree on apartheid and ethnic cleansing for Palestinians. Israel is already antidemocratic.
This is catastrophically tragic. After months of a raging internal struggle to keep Israel from becoming a dictatorship... WHY WHY WHY would you give Netanyahu the one thing that can save him?!?! A WAR. This is beyond tragic, for everyone concerned and it's just going to get worse.
