Yesterday I joined the "Canberra By Bike" crew to do an architecture tour around the inner north of Enrico Taglietti's buildings and visit the CMAG exhibition at the end. Delightful way to see and understand our town. Exhibition is really interesting (and free!)

That's a good point! I really just went for coffees but it did seem a problematic pattern. I've got a bunch of travel coming up so it's also probably inevitable. Good advice

534 days of meticulously counting every calorie and yesterday I went to mcdonalds twice in one day.

I'm sure the path to success is paved in poor impulse control and mccafe visits (I just really love drive thru coffee)

I can recommend seat 11D on a Qantas dash8 if you really hate views from the window seat (it's been a while between aerial commutes)

A cool and not at all unhinged way to prepare for very short term work travel is to calmly try on every piece of clothing you own and deem them all unsuitable. Calming obviously.
