Gonna investigate later but apparently it’s better on base PS5 suggesting that the game is simply broken on PS5 Pro. If that’s the case, that’s a pretty gigantic bug to miss.
PSA: If you're interested in checking out Skate Story, avoid the console versions. I've been looking forward to it and bought it on PS5...but the performance f**** sucks. It's extremely unstable and messy - VRR can't save it. What a shame. Trying to figure out if I can refund it.

So I'm gonna say that they did a terrible job with the console versions. Sounds like Switch 2 is even worse.

Just watched Star Wars Visions S3! That was definitely the most up-and-down season, with some of my favourite episodes (The Song of Four Winds is IMMACULATE), but also with three of the worst episodes, bar none. The sacrilege committed to The Ninth Jedi's follow-up needs to be studied.

Pixel response time on the Switch 2 at 120hz is brutal. Spun the camera in Metroid, recorded with my phone at 240fps, and used the switch’s capture compare. The one on the left is how the game is rendering, the right is how the Switch is smearing it, both spinning the camera with the joystick.
