Died on the 10th floor of the extra hard section of House of Necrosis.
Literally used a evacuation map to teleport to the exit, only to then get one shot'd by an enraged blood zombie.
And I had emptied my stash of weapons and gear prior to that run cause I thought I didn't need it.....
